This is the invisible containment system.
When your dog approaches the boundary, the collar receiver delivers a warming beep first. If your dog comes closer to the wire, the system will issue static zap until your dog returns within the boundary.
Suggested dog size:
- Small (at least 5kgs), medium and large size dogs
- This fence system is about 95% effective on most dogs, depending on dog’s size, breed, age and temperament.
Avoid leaving the collar on the dog for more than 8 hours per day. When possible reposition the collar on the dog’s neck every 1 to 2 hours.
1. The closer your dog gets to the boundary, the more intense the static zap will be.
2. Wire Break Indicators
3. Speed Detect Anti-Run through
4. Multiple Collar Operation – add extra collars.

- The transmitter should be placed undercover and away from direct sun. It should be away from the fuse box or any electrical devices (as it might interfere with the system). Turn the transmitter off when not used.
- It is recommended to use wire included with the transmitter. Use of different wire may reduce life of the transmitter and will void warranty.
- It is recommended to use minimum 50 meters of wire for the best result. The wire can be underground or can be attached to the existing fence (if there is one). If buried, must be less than 30cm.
- The collar is IP67 waterproof (not recommended for swimming).
It is very important to read and follow the manual. Failure to this might cause collar malfunction.
Q: Will it fit my dog?
A: This system suits small, medium to large size dogs. The receiver collar adjusts up to 70 cm.
Q: What is the thickness of the wire?
A: It is 1.3mm thick.
Q: Can I use thicker wire?
A: It is recommended to use included wire with the transmitter. Thicker wire might shorten the life of the transmitter and it will void a warranty.
Q: Does this wire has to be underground?
A: It doesn’t have to be buried underground, it can be attached to the fence if you have one.
Q: Can I use more wire?
A: Yes, more wire can be added, but it cannot exceed 300 meters in total.
Q: How much land 200 meters of wire will cover?
A: 200 meters of wire covers up to 2500m2 (0.617 acres) and 300 meters covers up to 5000m2 (1.23 acres). We recommend to measure the length and width of your property.
Q: What is the size of the strap/collar?
The receiver collar adjusts up to 70 cm.
Q: Where should the collar be placed on the dog?
A: The collar should be positioned on the lower side of your dog’s neck, under your pet’s chin. This position eliminates the possibility of the collar getting loose and gravity taking effect, causing the collar to slide around your dog’s neck, which could cause injury.
Q: How long the battery lasts for?
A: It can last from 2 weeks to 2 months depending on how often the collar is being used and how many times your dog barks. It only takes 2-3 hours to fully recharge it.
Q: What do I do to prevent skin irritation or redness?
A: Avoid leaving the collar on the dog for more than 8 hours per day. When possible reposition the collar on the dog’s neck every 1 to 2 hours. If irritation appears, discontinue use for at least few days and consult vet. It is recommended to use rubber protection that comes with the system.
Q: How effective is the system?
A: It is about 95% effective, depending on dog’s size, breed, age and temperament.
Q: What are some top training tips?
A: Make sure to test the collar with test light first. It might take few days for a dog to learn where is the boundary, make sure you supervise your dog when the collar is on.
Q: Where can I buy extra/replacement parts?
Q: I think my collar is faulty or is not effective on my dog.
A: First, make sure the transmitter is on. Secondly, make sure the collar is fully charged. Make sure you use at least 50 meters of wire and do not exceed 300 meters. Make sure the transmitter is away from the sun and any electrical devices. If the signal seems too weak, change location of the transmitter. Make sure the collar is not too loose. In some cases you might need to shave some hair to make sure prongs touch the skin.
