Q: Can I use thicker wire?
A: It is recommended to use included wire with the transmitter. Thicker wire might shorten the life of the transmitter and it will void a warranty.
Q: Does this wire has to be underground?
A: It doesn’t have to be buried underground, it can be attached to the fence if you have one.
Q: Can I use more wire?
A: Yes, more wire can be added, but it cannot exceed 300 meters in total.
Q: How much land 200 meters of wire will cover?
A: 200 meters of wire covers up to 2500m2 (0.617 acres) and 300 meters covers up to 5000m2 (1.23 acres). We recommend to measure the length and width of your property.
Q: What is the size of the strap/collar?
The receiver collar adjusts up to 70 cm.
Q: Where should the collar be placed on the dog?
A: The collar should be positioned on the lower side of your dog’s neck, under your pet’s chin. This position eliminates the possibility of the collar getting loose and gravity taking effect, causing the collar to slide around your dog’s neck, which could cause injury.
Q: How long the battery lasts for?
A: It can last from 2 weeks to 2 months depending on how often the collar is being used and how many times your dog barks. It only takes 2-3 hours to fully recharge it.
Q: What do I do to prevent skin irritation or redness?
A: Avoid leaving the collar on the dog for more than 8 hours per day. When possible reposition the collar on the dog’s neck every 1 to 2 hours. If irritation appears, discontinue use for at least few days and consult vet. It is recommended to use rubber protection that comes with the system.

A: Additional collar, press here. Additional wire, press here. Replacement transmitter, press here.
Q: I think my collar is faulty or is not effective on my dog.
