It is why all of our products are tested before we ship them.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, then upon presentation of your product with proof of purchase, you are welcome to return the item to us within 14 days of purchase, provided the product is in its original condition (unused), in resalable condition and contains all originally provided parts.
We issue full refund of the product amount you paid (shipping cost not included).
Please note, if you wish to receive a refund for items purchased online we do not cover the cost to return these items to us.
We do not accept returns if the product is not effective on your dog. We cannot give you 100% guarantee the collar will work on your dog. Most of our products are between 75-99% effective on most dogs, depends on dog’s size, breed, age and temperament. Please read full item description before buying a collar or contact us for more information.
If you have received your order and it was damaged in transit, or there are parts missing from your parcel, you must contact us within 7 days from the date the item was delivered. We will investigate the matter with Australia Post and may request photographic evidence.
Our products come with 12 months limited warranty. We may ask that you return the item to us so that the fault can be inspected. The warranty only covers manufacturing faults or defects.
Please note that if any time during the warranty period, a product is damaged from improper use, the warranty will immediately be deemed void.
- A fault that occurred during the manufacturing process that becomes apparent at any point during the warranty period
- A feature of the device ceases to work during the warranty period and the fault did not occur as a result of improper use
- Damage due to chewing on the collar or any sign of chewing on the collar
- Damaged due to misuse, negligence, abuse, accident, modification, tampering, alteration, trimming the belt or faulty installation
- Damaged caused by overcharging the product
- Damage or loss caused that would be considered wear and tear of the device
- Damage or loss caused where the device has been used for a purpose other than it was intended for
- Damaged or loss caused during postage transit
- Any event where the item is not able to be recovered and returned to us for inspection
Even though our products are advertised as IP65 or IP67 waterproof, they are not designed to be used for swimming. They are made this way to reduce faults that may occur if the device comes in contact with water. Water is able to enter into some of the devices if the cover has not been sealed correctly, or if the seal is moved during use. Any damage or loss occurring from water damage will void the warranty. Any sign of rust will void the warranty.

When posting back your order:
include a note with the name, order number, email and return address
include the reason for return.
We will not be liable for any loss damaged caused during transit.
If you are approved for a replacement or refund, then your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Please contact our customer care team here if you need to complete a refund. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been arranged. Once processed, you will receive your refund within 3 – 5 business days.
